Hey Logan, I understand where you're coming from. Makes total sense! Based on what you've revealed, it possibly could be a little of both & only you can truly know what that is. "Knowing the difference between strain and strength." If you can't tell the difference, you will figure it out, it's inevitable. 

I was there when I first began M/Body, everything was just hard! I had to build up will power and discipline to give my body physical endurance. I had to practice form as well to be sure my body was in proper alignment.  

Really, have fun, and keep it at. It will all click!

Hey Amanda Powell- Thank you for your feedback- I'm person with knocked knees too and sometimes it can be challenging finding the right alignment for my body as well. It's wild because I feel the same way about those things that felt impossible and with time, dedication, and practice, those are now achievable. I'm excited to come back to class and try again.
