This is an awesome Red-Light series! It's one of my favs. I remember the first time I did this class, and it was so challenging, especially the cardio portion. I am glad to say, the cardiovascular strength I have built through the years made me feel as if I am soaring my way through the dance. It's beautiful and amazing to witness my own growth. Forever thankful.
