Fun to come back to this one for the challenge! Loved all of the hip stretches integrated throughout and the core ending - small, stable movements that brought the fire. A comment during stretch about resistance stuck with me: breathe into the space, don't try to change it; notice it, and touch it with the light. What a beautiful visual!!

Loved coming back to this one for the challenge - leaned into the fire more than when I did this last in July and basically through one of the leg sets without stopping (or at least focused on thriving through)! Hooray for growth!

Thank you team for putting this one in the Fall 2024 challenge - so fun to come back to and I surprised myself by doing better and lasting the whole time with the arms in front going out an back near a 90 degree angle near the beginning. Yay progress!

Fun class for the Fall challenge! Wonderful hip opening movements and actually felt the crunch/tuck within the tuck for the first time during the ab series! I'm loving focusing on really tuning in, letting go of what it looks like and putting more attention on what it feels like. Powerful flow, particularly with the hip opening moves and downward dog plank series!

Hello heart!! Awesome heart pumping low impact cardio class. As so many have said before me and I have also thought before: 20 minutes does not mean not challenging or sweaty! Fun warmup, many hip opening moves integrated, some lunges, kicks, and wide second all in 20 minutes! So glad this was on the 2024 challenge board - another class checked off in my catalog quest!
