What a wonderful even, creative flow. Marnie, I loved the little changes throughout like the lift back instead of forward in the lunge and the hip en avant and en arrière. So many words resonated deeply and the shoutout made my morning (even though I wasn't at the live on Saturday!). I had considered stopping early because I'm not feeling 100%, but I continued on, knowing it was so essential for my body, especially coming off of a long road trip and different foods! Thank you for another beautiful flow!!

Absolutely beautiful yoga inspired flow. The simple choreography allowed me to really focus on feeling my body and grounding myself in the space. Exactly what I needed this morning. Thank you Marnie & Team!

Lovely lovely standing series! Low impact, which felt great, & lots of balance integrated throughout (especially enjoyed the standing leg lift moves for both balance and core!). Just the perfect flow of a class!! Favoriting! I also must say that meditation was exactly what I needed to hear - absolutely loved the visual of the dual spiral into the earth and up to the sky. And how everything we do is planting seeds ❤️ Thank you Marnie for your words and your movements!

Back to this one this morning - great activating and challenging arm work with some leg stretches involved, and AWESOME challenging balance sequence with the weights on all 4s. Proud of myself for doing this with 3 lbs and pushing myself when my mind didn't want to go any further!

I'll admit reading the comments about the challenge made me a bit nervous, but I was surprised how I moved through some of the moves with relative ease (still challenging, but not impossible!). I want to come back to work on form through the downward dog plank dance & core, to move into the fullest expression, but otherwise, I am so happy with how I moved through it! I loved the balances integrated in the leg work and the booty burn (so good and lengthening!!). Thank you Marnie for another FABULOUS class!

Sprint mindset class with lots of changes. Bit of a different warmup, which was welcome. And then some legs with both the ball (hello balance!) and not (which were great hip stretching moves that also engaged the abs). Great core on the floor. Wonderful all around class! [Also loved the comment during meditation at the end: love in, love out. So simple, yet so powerful)

Came back to this flow again this morning, and it is now officially favorited! Love love love the plank dance with pushups and stretches, the extensions, the core work, and the final stretches/openers. Magical flowy class!
