What a different pushups and planks class! I loved starting on the floor to engage our pelvic floor, and then moving into sequences. A challenge for me today was the shoulder work. I had to come down a few times (also think my hands were too far forward), which means there is room for growth. Favoriting and need to come back to this one consistently in the future to see how I grow. Sidenote: a quote Marnie said in the beginning struck me - "We're not trying to build heat, we're trying to build connection." So good! I'm incorporating building connection into my theme/intention for the coming months.

Ok what a fun workout! My favorite moves were the semi new ones - the forward lunge to arabesque, and the side lunge, little dance to bent arabesque en derrière. I felt joyful, connected, and strong afterwards. Great arms for the first half of class with weights. Great opportunity to really feel into every move throughout class and focus on the details. Favoriting now!

Finally commenting on here after doing this class this week! I really honed into the slowness of this sculpt. Normally, I want to go fast, but I submitted to the slow. After a few weeks of vacation, the balance elements integrated throughout class felt incredible. Thank you Marnie for reminding me that slow is not worse - it's different, and actually can even be more engaging! I really felt this in my booty the next day!

I added this on after a workout a few weeks ago, but didn't have the energy for the full class. Today, I did! It's a love letter to the core that brings the fire without strain. I felt engaged right off the bat, and really loved the side extensions of the legs.

Omg YES. I was this notification pop up and i got so excited. Cannot wait to DANCE to this class!

A new favorite! I loved the weight work at the beginning. Did it with 3 lbs and didn't drop my arms, which was a win! And the chair dance was so flowy with fantastic stretches instegrated for the legs and sneaky ab work. Oh and the pushups integrated throughout. Plus the great music! Truly chef's kiss of a workout. Can't wait to do this one again.

In my M/Body workout spreadsheet, I have one column for notes and another for meditation quotes/soul messages. These were my notes about today's class that hit home:1. How strong we are (example of how family sees it working out at home)2. How deeply we need to listen to ourselves in a world that is talk talk talking all the time (man I needed to hear that today!)

Dancy flow that flew by. During the one leg stretch at the end, I got heels on the floor on both sides!! That's never happened before! Here's to growth in millimeters not miles!

What a lovely flow of a class! It felt really balanced with familiar combos and a great playlist. My favorite part was the ab part at the end - felt incredible on my spine and wonderfully pilates inspired. Marnie, Death By A Thousand Cuts, had me singing out loud! It's been a minute since I've done a Signature 60, and man, I feel fine!

Lovely flow of a class. I particularly loved the balance leg work on the ball (want to further lean into the fire next time), and my abs were on fire by the end!! Worked a little bit of everything. The ending visualization meditation made me want to cry it was so beautiful! Thank you Marnie!

Lauren Poole I've been thinking about what Marnie said about your example in the studio, of knowing your body so well you knew what weights you needed for which exercises. That image/concept has been seared into my brain since then. The idea of being so tuned in to yourself and not comparing yourself to others in the class. I took a yoga class this morning, and that was part of my intention for class: focus on my body and be present and engaged in every single movement. It felt so good! Marnie, thank you for sharing that anecdote about LP. I has made more of an impact than you know!
