Take 2 with this workout, and I LOVED IT, particularly the slower, focused pace. It really forced me to tune in, to focus on the details of every move. It's also a love letter to the side core, and I loved the end core work and unique stretch! Did it, mostly successfully, with 5 lbs this time!

Finally got to this one and what an awesome warming stretch series. The strap simultaneously kept my arms engaged while stretching my chest and shoulders. I felt so open after this one! Definitely coming back to this in the future!
