All about the LEGS! Different variation to warmup, which was welcome. Many 16 and longer pulses, as Lindsey said hello wide second!! Shaking in the beginning after brief arms with the ball. Nice booty work and circles throughout. Hips were SO OPEN at the end! Got farther in wide stretch reaching forward on the ground, which felt amazing!ย

Classic signature. ALL ABOUT THE LEGS! Brief arm series that was more activating, but the legs had lots of fiery 4 sets of 8 that had me sinking into the burn. Lovely work with the ball and words throughout. Thank you Marnie for this one - felt full circle as today marked the 4 year anniversary and this class was the first one in the new studio! Cheers to these past 4 years and here's to many many more!

Wow! ALL ABOUT THE LEGS! Quick, fiery 20 minutes. Loved playing with the ball and all of the twists. Great ab work at the end that I want to go back to to improve upon!

Fiery sweaty class!! Starts out with great cardio, AWESOME arm series that I want to come back to and not drop my arms, booty and legs that stretch the hips, and abs to end. An instant favorite signature that brings the heat to an amazing soundtrack! A favorite that I'll definitely be returning to!

Did this live for the first time in so long, and I loved being open to whatever lied ahead! Instant favorite! Not any bounce, but TONS of balance. Power in the legs, weight work in the beginning and you hold onto them throughout. AWESOME side plank series at the end and fun sideways twists. Great for detox and challenge and balance and play. Did this with 3 lbs, but want to try it again in the future with 5 lbs!

Marnie brought the fire! Cardio warmup series with classic moves, arm series while in wide second which brought the FIRE in the legs! The leg and glute work with the barre & ball also brought the fire and burn. Loved the lengthening pose at the end of each glute series that activated my hamstrings. I treasured the ending words about the true impact of small steps/shifts, how they matter much more than we give them credit for. Thank you Marnie!

This one brought the heat! Cardio filled warm up, brief ballet stretch at the barre, and then some nice fire in the legs and glute! Integrated stretches throughout, and then a fantastic ending pushup and abs series with the chair! Definitely want to come back to this in the future, particularly this way of doing pushups! I love the words at the end about setting a strong foundation... I will carry that with me today, and it's such a good reminder for life!ย

Solid signature. Cardio had me breathing at the beginning, but then we flowed into some nice, shaking leg work at the barre, glutes on the floor, and a lovely ab series with the ball. I went back to this class this morning in my mission to do all of the classes in the catalogue and was pleasantly surprised to hear a shoutout at the beginning! Fun to do this one (again!)!

AWESOME challenging arm dance. Starts with no weights for warmup, then moves to 3 lbs (want to challenge myself next time to not put them down at all - I did a few arms above head reprieves), and then the ending sequences use 5 lbs. A touch of low body interlaced throughout, but for the most part, it's just arms! GREAT add on or when I just want an arm workout. Thank you Marnie!!

Unconsciously did this as part of Lindsey's phenomenal woman challenge. FLEW by! Signature moves at the beginning and challenging weight series with just 3 lbs! Put them down a bit, so I want to challenge myself next time to keep them up the whole time. Brief planks and rolling sautรฉs. Pilates style abs in between the booty sequence and I was proud of myself because I focused on lengthening during the last set and really felt a difference!
