I know it’s a broken record, but….new favorite! I was intimidated by the heavier weight but it wasn’t bad at all. Dare I say, I might go heavier next time…? I truly love heart pumping movement that doesn’t require a lot of jumping and this one fits that request, along with great stretch at the end.

Does anyone else start crying during healing hips…or is it just me. Something about hip openers and already being vulnerable had the tears flowing for me. I let it all out. My heart and my hips truly loved this.

….at how uncanny it is when Marnie says just the right thing at the right time or says a shoutout or reminds you to spread your toes or tuck your hips just when you need to be reminded. This is so silly but, last night, my husband told me that Cypress Hill recently played with the Colorado Symphony to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Black Sunday. Of course, he said it in a way that alludes to why the fuck am I living in NC. LOL Ah, another story. But, I grinned this morning as I did the recent live workout when “Jump Around” came on. I mean, seriously, what are the odds. 😂

I’m not doing the challenge this time, but I needed guidance, so I jumped into this one, even though I tell myself that I don’t enjoy barre work as much as the other jumpy classes. Boy, have I flipped! This is such an amazing workout to be low impact. I will correct that previous self talk, ASAP! :-) I am full of joy at completing this effort.
