Wow! What an arm dance workout. Love an arm dance…this one didn’t disappoint. Love the incorporation of heavier weights. Proud of myself for not dropping my 3lbs too much during the beginning half. Keep the chapter time codes coming! On a personal note, thank you for incorporating music from a fun old school Latina artist. Celia Cruz next? :-)

These 20 min classes have really helped me out on mornings when it's difficult to get out of bed in enough time to do a 30 or 45 minutes class. I applied my curious mind in order to get my knee all the way down to the floor and up during one series! The simplicity of these movements produce some of the greatest challenges and rewards. The meditation hit home for me and the tears flowed. Thank you, as always, Marnie! On another note, really love the time code notes to let us know when the class starts and when a chat starts. Yay!

Revisiting this one was a good move this AM. It challenged me to focus my brain on sequences and my body on the tuck, foot placement, and posture. Short but effective workout!
