Your journey has been difficult but your strength is immeasurable. Thank you for opening up to us about your struggle. I feel that sometimes the struggle is never over but that we learn to embrace and ride its wave. I understand about you not wanting to burden others and it takes work for me to open up, even to those outside of this community. We have to welcome the vulnerability because those here and there will catch you when you fall. Love and hugs to you.

Definitely getting outside at least once during your day. An occasional coffee shop morning also helps. I also have a large vessel of water with me all the time. As for kids…well, our days are better when both are at school or camp. LOL But what actually has helped when we don’t have either is laying out a schedule for them, to include, play or reading, any chores, getting outside, along with giving some device time. Good luck with everything!!

Hi all! Anyone in Philly or surrounding area who I can connect with about our end of summer family roadtrip?

I have taken the barre work in this class and added it to Healing Hips for a lovely focus on my hips, which have been screaming for help. The ab section in this class is perhaps one of my favorites as well.

Such a fun workout! Awesome playlist too. Love a sculpt class…throw in some bursts of cardio and *chef’s kiss*

Hi all! I plan to be on the live but on desk crew today. I’ve caught up with the lives I missed while in Denver last week - which was so awesome and much needed. Bummer that Leah’s schedule didn’t have her in Denver during my visit!

I did cardio dance this morning, which is one of my faves and I love smiling and feeling through the movements.

In all honesty, I’m finally emerging from a period of darkness. It was so deep and it took some time and med adjustment to get me to feeling better now.

I think I’m also feeling a bit clearer on the direction of where I think my family should head and that has me feeling better. Until changes are made, I’m focusing on my little clan and making the best of where we are.

I have the same issue. So I tend to take a forearm plank at times or stand during planks.
