I’m not doing the challenge this time, but I needed guidance, so I jumped into this one, even though I tell myself that I don’t enjoy barre work as much as the other jumpy classes. Boy, have I flipped! This is such an amazing workout to be low impact. I will correct that previous self talk, ASAP! :-) I am full of joy at completing this effort.

I loved the pace of this workout and I definitely couldn’t just go through the motions with the choreography - lot of brain use with this one! Although ab-centric, it also feels like a total body effort, especially glutes!
