I don’t think I’ve ever done this one, but it’s going on my list to return to…at home and away from home. I love a quickie effective workout.

Oh no. Take care of yourself, in all ways. I dealt with this boot last year. I did modify some of the floor workouts/flows to accommodate my injury.

Workouts like this are my jam! Low impact and weights combination make me feel the strongest. I love the challenging ball sequence and the weights work was difficult. I will be revisiting this one, for sure.

I also deal with back pain and find that the posture perfect classes and floor work always get me right and strengthen my core to where I am not experiencing pain. Also, keeping the tuck and core engaged throughout any class helps me.

This class is one to revisit, for sure! The lengthy reps really build up the heat. More to improve on but I’m here for it. Marnie’s words at the end apple so much truth (as she always does)!!
