First 60 minute I’ve done since my long crud. This class was so fun!! Great playlist (remixes and covers!) and fun sequences that made the whole time fly by. Love feeling so strong and uplifted after this one!

Thank you so much, Michelle. I so appreciate your insight. It gives me hope. I’m part of an online moms group for neurodivergent kids and they have mirrored the same sentiment - that they’re hopeful that time will result in some successes. I’m just really tired. LOL And need to do better at taking breaks for myself. And also giving my other child one-on-one time, as she’s also been affected. Thank you again.

I am returning to this one! Such a sweaty, fun workout with an amazing playlist. I loved the challenge with the ball in this one.

I’m committed to doing this one at least once a month. It’s such a beautiful flow and a helpful reminder to always use the breath - especially when going through a stressful time. The first time I did this, I followed up with the 20 min cardio dance with the Tina Turner sequence, which resulted in a great way to start my day!

Such a fun class. I made mistakes and laughed at myself. And then I cried at the end, listening to Marnie’s words. These workouts are truly the best of both worlds, physical and emotional.

It’s difficult not to favorite every workout. But, this is a double favorite, if that was an option. I used to not dig the barre workouts but I’ve since found them some of the most strength building workouts. There was joy and fun in this one, which I really needed.

I haven’t done this workout in so long. And, today, I was reminded of how strong I can feel working my back. In addition, another great playlist by Marnie! As I return to working out from illness, this was the perfect 2nd step back in!
