Oh! That’s good to know! I rarely drink to begin with…not sure if I want to completely cut it out 😂 But I’ll increase the calcium!

You should go to work out and lock the door….on the way, tell hubby “tag, you’re it” Seriously, I get it though. It’s always mom here too. Just try what you can whenever you can and be gentle with yourself if you’re feeling like you’re slacking - because you’re not!!

I’d love to reach out to you, Leah. As a former Denverite, my heart breaks for the community in The Springs. I actually sent a gift card from the brewery owned by one of the heroes who stopped the gunman to my friends in Denver, for their next visit to The Springs. A little things but wanted to support in some way.
