Would a Disney class be…not cool?

So, I did the Pride class this morning (it was great!) and I thought, man, I should have recommended a song from one of my favorite Disney movies, “Standout” which Max, as Powerline, sings in “A Goofy Movie.” Then I thought, are there enough fun songs to make a shorter Disney themed class? Then I thought, what do others think about Disney songs? I’m not a mega fan, but as an almost 36 year old, I appreciate some 90s/00s Disney jams on ocassion! What do you all think?

This one is so fun. I love the section that starts at 12:30! Really I love anything that has us move our hips from side to side.

It hurts to sneeze

I “did” the pushups and planks yesterday. Did is in quotes because it was more like tried. If you can avoid sneezing, I’d strongly suggest it. The hurt is real!! 😂
