So, I did the Pride class this morning (it was great!) and I thought, man, I should have recommended a song from one of my favorite Disney movies, “Standout” which Max, as Powerline, sings in “A Goofy Movie.” Then I thought, are there enough fun songs to make a shorter Disney themed class? Then I thought, what do others think about Disney songs? I’m not a mega fan, but as an almost 36 year old, I appreciate some 90s/00s Disney jams on ocassion! What do you all think?

I “did” the pushups and planks yesterday. Did is in quotes because it was more like tried. If you can avoid sneezing, I’d strongly suggest it. The hurt is real!! 😂

My favorite superpower of mine is that I bring people together! I have learned, much like “Field of Dreams”, if I build it people will come. I have a way of making others feel welcome and valued.

My other superpower is ideation. Maybe only 1 of the 15 are viable, but if you need and idea, I likely have a few!

Finally getting around to posting! This class was SO much fun. And that playlist! Chris Stapleton at the end?!?! I hope we do have a country class coming up!
