Plenty of stretch in this up tempo flow. Really enjoyed the quicker pace, even if I was on my own beat!

Also, Marnie would say something along the lines of dont underestimate the power of a recovery flow. Not every day needs to be intense cardio. Stretching and the recovery flows are a workout in a different way. If you want the extra cardio, yay! But dont feel guilty if you don’t. :)
