Hi! I would definitely recommend alternating and doing some standing classes. Barre sculpt 20-30min classes are usually standing or you could try searching the equipment classes for only “barre” and staying away from daily hands and knees and plank postures to build strength. It may be more than weakness though, maybe see your doctor if it doesn’t improve?

I loved this. I’m going to thank previous classes that built arm and leg strength as well as balance for the form work (hello arm sculpt 266 and all those low lunges we’ve been pushing ourselves to nail last month). 3lbs was very doable and enjoyable for me and the mini ball was perfect. Thank you for this slower paced, fire and focus building gem of a class.

Marissa!! Congratulations on your boy, your journey, your health. Coming back to a wellness movement program after birth has no comparison. Listen and learn and move and don’t move, no wrong way if you do that. So much love to all boy mamas xxoo

You’re welcome!! There are a few classes where Marnie puts a hand weight behind the knee for Glute work. The latest 45 minute booty and back class she does this, it’s 265. That will definitely give you the extra burn you are looking for. There are a few classes where we use the ball under our knee and that also takes it to the next level. The T Swift 45 minute class 231 we do this and it is pure fire for the glutes and legs. I am a major m/body geek 🤓, so if you are looking for specific types of classes I’ll do my best to find some recommendations ☺️

Hi Costanza! I don’t believe that Marnie uses balas on her ankles in any classes (correct me if I’m wrong fam, I’m fairly sure!) She has said feel free to add them though for some low impact classes.

Hi Constanza! Marnie does a Spring challenge. I do believe it starts between march and April 😊

I love this class and did it twice within the first few days of it coming out. Like a speedy signature with all the props. Cardio dance of course (hello TSwift), then weighted lunges to prep before barre and floor glutes. Have your ball inflated to the consistency you like best because it’s going between the legs and under the feet. So good!!
