Iโ€™m the opposite! The lemon water makes me nauseous but it may be because Iโ€™m using lemon juice and not fresh lemons..๐Ÿ˜ฌ My favorite way to get greens in is to add them to any meal. Stir fry? Throw it on top of some spinach, and let it wilt. Soup? Add some kale when you reheat. Any Buddha bowl type thing is perfect for having greens and you can switch up variety and textures with sauces, different grains, nuts or seeds ๐Ÿคค

You will love it! There is such a structure and predictable sequence to the longer classes that is so calming and so fulfilling. Longer is not necessarily harder physically, itโ€™s different ๐Ÿ˜Š ๐Ÿ’›
