I do as well, but only use as slippers. My feet got too hot wearing them in class lol and honestly, unless your mat or floor is slippery socks are not needed. Let those toes breathe 😌

I really loved this class. True orange, no impact, with that blue light yoga flow feeling laced all throughout class. Don’t let that lead you to believe you won’t be challenged and feel true burn though, it is Marnie 🔥

This class is pure play!! (With some serious fire of course; hello new balancing ball moves, I loved them!). It is such a special class and a much needed reminder for me to allow some ease so that joy comes and that joy is associated with movement.

This class!! The January theme of a beginners mindset means that more detailed guidance is given for instruction, and more fire is made while listening to instruction. Hello meditative sculpty fire sets 🔥. Then Nelly Dilemma comes on and it’s not possible to NOT freestyle your hips while you squeeze the sh*t out of the ball and sing along.
