I can relate to this so much. I have been a member for 1.5yrs and lately I have been finding classes harder, getting frustrated with my body, and having spiraling thoughts of lost strength when I know logically that is not possible. The amount of time spent doing classes led to increased strength and has allowed for awareness of engaging muscles, focus on posture, depth, jump height, all of the details. Thank you for this reminder.

Oh my gosh I loved this class!! So fun! The kickboxing combos didn't have me tripped up as they sometimes do, and those kicks and upper cut punches felt so powerful. The last series of dance was so fun that my hair fell out and I didn't care, couldn't stop smiling and bouncing with the choreo

I. Love. This. Class!! So many amazing choreo sequences that I cannot pick a fave, not possible. Brain work and dancing joy at its best

Forever a favorite! The energy and fun during theme classes keep me smiling and bouncing. I love the new standing sequences. The closing words remind me of the first time I took this class, mid pandemic awfulness felt so heavy. These words lifted me up.

Oh my gosh SO MUCH FUN!! I love to bounce and those 4 counts are pure joy. Also, full honesty here, I had to work to lower the volume of that critic in my head, she was fierce with my awkwardness on some of the moves and whenever I didn’t know what I don’t know, as Marnie says (so not fair). I’m coming back to this one repeatedly for sure.
