One of my all time favorite classes for all the reasons. The cardio dance is straight TSwift joy, weights bring concentration to form and posture, we use the ball!, every single barre leg/glute series is like a dance (that you are lit on fire during lol), leg extensions for abs, and then Jesse P’s song guides us through blue light. AND after all that joy and sweat the closing message...you matter. Love this class!
