I echo our amazing sisters on this one; this class is FANTASTIC!! The barre work had me grinning my face off. We are all badass ballerinas getting so strong

Whew! I picked this one on a morning that I felt physically and mentally drained and got straight SERVED. That opening cardio series without any jumps was killer! So many combos to wake the brain up and the weight work was next level Marnie.

Hi! I would definitely recommend alternating and doing some standing classes. Barre sculpt 20-30min classes are usually standing or you could try searching the equipment classes for only “barre” and staying away from daily hands and knees and plank postures to build strength. It may be more than weakness though, maybe see your doctor if it doesn’t improve?

I loved this. I’m going to thank previous classes that built arm and leg strength as well as balance for the form work (hello arm sculpt 266 and all those low lunges we’ve been pushing ourselves to nail last month). 3lbs was very doable and enjoyable for me and the mini ball was perfect. Thank you for this slower paced, fire and focus building gem of a class.

Marissa!! Congratulations on your boy, your journey, your health. Coming back to a wellness movement program after birth has no comparison. Listen and learn and move and don’t move, no wrong way if you do that. So much love to all boy mamas xxoo
