Try this workout when you're in doubt or feeling unmotivated. It's mainly a low-impact class, but you'll still get a nice, detoxifying sweat on. During this class, I understood Marnie's metaphor with candle wax: stretching feels soooo much better and more effective after my heart rate goes up a bit.

This class made it to my bucket list! My dream is that one day I can follow it through without any extra child's poses in between push-ups! ☺️

Why do I feel like these last two classes mark a turning point on our M/BODY's journey? This class showed me both how far I've come and how long the journey is for me to get stronger. What I really love in Marnie's classes is that she laces one class with the next one. We're always making sure the foundation is strong so we can build up and up. And the sky is the limit, Marnie never ceases to prove it!

It was the thoughest class for me 100%. I don't think I'll ever revisit it. Or maybe in 2023 😂
