The best part of this challenge for me was getting to meet you, realising we are birthday twins and learning more about your beautiful soul. This post shows how incredible you are, how brave you are to face your fears in order to grow. It seems like you know yourself well enough to make the best decisions regarding movement, rest, adventures, etc. Healing is incredibly emotional, yet beautiful.
