This class felt even better than I expected. I was in my element, doing all the jump options. We did a bit of all of the signature sequences. It is more of a cardio focused class with quick and fun changes. And a rockin powerful playlist.

Hi Megan, I've been there during summer. My body was struggling to enjoy working out for over 3 months. But with patience and more rest days than usual it all started to feel right again. I'm sure it'll shift for you, too. Wishing you patience and a lot of stretch flows!

I really love returning to this 60 min no equipment workout. The first part is a cardio burst, the second part is a slower paced sculpt. I love the second dance coreo, I feel so empowered during the table top position combo. And the ab work here is so balanced and meditative. I'd probably needed more stretching during class, because my body is always craving for that. In Marnie's classes I always feel like everything is coming together so perfectly, the combos, the music, her instructions, the closing words - like they were all meant to be delivered in a bundle for us. Magic ✨
