This quicky includes all the reasons why I love short workouts! It is mostly low impact, but gets you sweaty and full of endorphins. Even 20 minutes with Sunshine Marnie makes a huge difference in my mood. Loved the way we used weights throughout and those superwomen poses towards the end feel so healing in my lower back.
