That class brought the 🔥🔥🔥 for sure. I did give up on those last counts a couple of times, but that's okay 😂 I had a lot of fun.

I am in! I noticed that lately I complete around 4 videos a week, but I'd prefer 5-6! Let's level up our workout game!

I just completed Sig /36 - the cardio sequence put me in such a good mood! The closing words are special. And the playlist is the fam's requests. OG classes always remind me why we all fell in love with M/BODY in the first place. If you have more time for yourself this Sunday this is such a balanced, uplifting option.

I started my Sunday morning with this exceptional throwback signature class that took me back to the time we all fell deeply in love with this method. Cardio sequence to Shake It Off, kicks and inversions, and leg lifts to clear my mind and gently stretch my hips. Be prepared for a killer (but so fun) arms and abs series. I am in my happiest place when we do cardio, I am in my most meditative state when we sculpt, and I feel reborn whenever we stretch. And after finishing a signature class and hitting all those pillars I feel like I can concur with the whole world out there. THANK YOU!

I love the simplicity of this cardio dance, and the wide second series are always welcome in my life because they feel so amazing in my hip area. The all-fours on the ball gave me so many wiggles and dripping sweat. Jumps on great days and planks mixed with elongated downward dogs are a few of my favorite things :)
