I did this one as part of the Rise & Align Challenge in 2026. I love how often Marnie calls out my name Molly -- even though she's referring to a different Molly, it feels so encouraging! 😅

This workout is great for any November/December as it starts to get darker outside earlier. I love starting to celebrate the holidays as soon as possible and just did this one in November 2025 and absolutely loved it. Got my heart pumping plus there's lots of ab work but it flew by, had holiday music, and Marnie shared lots of nice inspiration about being the light during this time of year! xo

I'd love a dancey class that incorporates the M Body ball! And enjoying the sculpt with the heavier weights.

I love 30-min and 45-min classes. Would love another standing abs class and dance/sweat class!
