I've been able to manage every workout so far. I am grateful for the "rest" days where I can make up a missed workout.  I fully admit that I have never done the extra suggestion/task for these challenges. I can only manage the workouts. I'm the type who has to psych myself up to exercise, but it never fails that at some point in my M/Body workouts, I am always smiling, feeling happy, and when I'm really struggling, I channel Marnie's affirmations in my head. I love M/Body!

Hi Cathy! I'm 55 and totally understand this sentiment! Every workout for me is different. Some days I have energy and feel more flexible, while others I feel like I have cement in my legs. Marnie shows modifications for low impact, which is wonderful. There are times I do my own modifications and totally deviate from what is happening because I listen to my body too. You can take this challenge at your own pace.

I prefer 30-45 minutes and always love standing sculpt using the movement ball and weights.

This was such a great workout! I cannot adequately express my gratitude for your low impact workouts that are the sweet spot for when I need to move but am short on time or sleep. My mood is always boosted and I feel like I accomplished something good for my body and mind.

One of my favorite sections of this class is the standing arm dance. I also loved that Marnie shared her favorite OSEA products. The body oil is THE BEST!
