Strong and confident! I will finish a class and be amazed that I could do some of the moves that I couldn’t do before. Helps me control my stress and anxiety and I’m healthier overall. Almost 3 years in of being part of the M/BODY family! 🤍 it has literally changed my life

Just a thought with the app
I feel like I’ve heard Marnie say that if we think if anything that we think could improve the app to mention it (or maybe I’m making that up 🤷🏻‍♀️😂)
But, i would love to have a spot under the videos for me to leave comments, more like notes just for myself…I have a lot of favorites after being here for years now and if I could leave myself a little blurb on why I loved that class or even why some just didn’t work well for me that would be so awesome and make it a little bit more personalized.

I really like it. It is a little tough to compact when you need to but if that’s something you wouldn’t need to do, I’d reccomend it. I also like that it holds the weights.
