This is my new favourite. Great/challenging/fun moves, good music…I thought Marnie’s shirt said, ‘Gods’ the whole time until I put my glasses on and thought that was so awesome! 😂 ‘Girls’ is awesome too. I also got pretty emotional when we were stretching in forward fold, I realized in that moment that these 50 year old knees are the same ones I’ve had since I was a tomboy as a little girl…we’ve gone through SO MUCH. ♥️🌺 much love everyone
