Yow yow this class was 🔥definitely don’t need all the jumps to make this class give you some sweat. The ballet classes are always a fav for that reason and how connected I feel after.

This is such a great class to come back to again and again and again. I feel like it prepares the body in such a deep way to stretch, flex and bend. I’m keeping this one in my bi weekly rotation for a while ❤️

I left feeling very calm. The heart rate gets elevated and brought back down so gracefully. This one is like two workouts in one!
