Thank you so much Marnie! This was absolutely awsome! I definitely need to come back to it though as the wiggle was real and I’ve definitely messed up a few moves! Thank you so much for talking about working on our mental strength,I’ve never though about it that way before,but it’s so true! Exercise does work on strengthening our mental strength not just the physical side! Lots of love to all! And ps thanks for uploading the videos so quickly for those who can’t make it to the live xxx

What a beautiful class! Wow the relevé series with the ball was a killer and I absolutely loved it! This class just flew by and it had a real grounding feel to it. Thank you so much Marnie and team💗

Wow wow wow! One of the best floor flows ever! Those who might think a floor flow is just not “enough” or not rounded enough, well they are so wrong! I am covered in sweat and my inner thighs are shaking like hell :D So thank you, thank you, thank you, I cannot recommend this one enough! I was super low on energy before the class(we just came back from holiday and can feel the holiday blues coming on) but this has sorted me right out and put me in a really good too!💗

Absolutely loved this, completely different from any of the previous classes (I keep saying it ALL the time,but I have no idea how can Marnie keep inventing new stuff all the time, she is a genius💗!), particularly loved the barre + ball in the hand standing combo, what a challenge! Thank you so much as always Marnie & team and the GFam💗xxx

Such a fantastic class Marnie (as per usual!🤩)Lots of challenging combos! Loved the standing set with the weights and also floor series with the ball,wow,soo many wiggles! It’s also great if you want to “be in the moment”, brilliant de-cluttering for the brain while focusing on one set of movement. Thank you so much again!xxx💗

I’ve just caught up on this and was lacking motivation for getting down to the mat (little did I know that Marnie was going to reference motivation at the end ha ha!), but this is the perfect little (and very effective) pick me up! I also agree with Emily,that outer hip stretch at the end was out of this world! Thank you Marnie & M/BODY 💗xx

Couldn’t join the live yesterday but I can second Amanda! This is the perfect stress release and it gives an amazing focus for your brain (as well as for your body)! Marnie just keeps on giving,yet another fantastic class💗⭐️
