What a class, so balanced and so good! We’ve been away for a few days visiting family for Easter so I’ve decided to start with this class to get back into the swing of things! It’s so yummy,brilliant for the lower back and spine too after all that sitting/driving! Thank you Marnie and team💗xxx

I was putting this off as I prefer a full body workout but then I also don’t like being too behind with the lives (since I can’t sadly join them due to our evening routine here in the UK) so I’ve cracked on this morning. And I was so wrong! How could I forget Marnie’s M/Body raison d’ĂȘtre that even if it’s a “focus” class it will be a wholesome full body workout in disguise💗I LOVED it! Definitely one to come back to as I did have to drop my arms a few times but hopefully there will be progressâ˜șThank you again💗xxx

Instant favourite! I’ve been absent for a week due to travelling and this was the perfect class to get me back into gear and get me on the mat! It’s a dream for all those tight hips after travelling and sitting on a plane too! Thank you Marnie and team!💗

What a beautiful class!đŸ©° LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Quite a lot of us are already saying the same thing, but it took me back to my ballet days too. It felt so grounding and peaceful and I feel I’m set up for the day! Don’t be fooled by its slow pace, it doesn’t mean it’s easy! I cannot wait to do it again (and maybe get some ballet slippers toođŸ€«đŸ„°)Thank you Marnie and team💗xxx

Absolutely loved this class, what a way to start a Friday morning! Because of the pace of the workout,I felt so connected to the muscles and it almost felt meditative,full focus required but in a super fun way! Thank you Marnie and team!💗

I’m still catching up on quite few of the December classes and OMG this has to be my new fav 20 minute class! Similar to the below reviews,the combos are longer (Love them!) and challenging for brain and body,lots of wiggles but so so energising! The hip stretch at the end feels fantastic,especially due to the way Marnie built the class up!💗thank youđŸ„°xxx
