I’ve not been able to do a 60 min class in ages and there is something wonderful to come back into a warm up series that the 60

Min classes have that is so familiar for your body. Made me instantly smile,it’s like a pattern,a familiar face, a hug from a relative you’ve not seen in long time and you can trust that you are prepared for the road ahead! In a strange way, Marnie classes remind me of my old choir and singing days where the warm up routine was so crucial (with compulsory foundations but always creative and playful).

I absolutely loved the floor barre and ball part,I say this every time,how can Marnie stay so innovative all the time?!💗⭐️And the mantra et the end, “nothing’s ever softened by force”! Beautiful class,thank you!xxx

this comment has cracked me up Monique🤣I actually ended up with “external” curse words too🙈It was a brilliant class where I could really connect to my mind and be fully present but Oh my, it was tough! Maybe it didn’t help that I came back to the mat after a week off and went hard and I had to take small breaks so I’m definitely going to revisit this one to build up strength! Highly recommend it💗xoxo

Absolutely loved it! Super sweaty but stretchy at the same time. How does Marnie always know if I’m leaning towards the bar ?!💗 She looks after us so well no matter where we are🥰Thank you!

I’m not feeling the best at the moment mentally and this was such a mental and physical release, I will keep coming back to this,thank you Marnie! Not to mention, Parting glass is one of my favourite songs!💗

Absolutley adore this class! I think the ballet classes are my faves so I might be a bit biased but this is so deep and grounding in an a very focussed and gentle way💗Thank you💗xxx

Hi Natania, how are you feeling? How is little Ilia? Just wanted to say that I’ve had my little boy via c-section 7 weeks ago and just started back on the mat with the latest pelvic floor class💗He’s my second baby and this time around it was a planned c-section whereas I had an emergency c-section with my little girl 2 years ago. I remember going for more core specific classes when I first started back on thr mat, starting with shorter classes and building my strenght back up. 💗
