Iโ€™m very excited for this challenge! This is my third challenge. Iโ€™m committing to 30 days. I think I got to 24 days last time, so 30 seems like the best option for me! This school year is tough for teaching, and I have been struggling with my mental health. Iโ€™m grateful for this community. I always feel better when I show up on the mat.

This one is another new favorite! I donโ€™t have wrist weights, but I just used my regular weights through the whole standing series which worked well. And I loved that itโ€™s no impact!

Killer playlist. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Definitely a new favorite. I had so much fun doing the cardio series! Iโ€™ll have to revisit for the glute work. That was tough!

This was my first time doing this one. It is now a favorite! The work at the barre really helped me work more on my form for the lunges. And I made it all the way through the abs, which is always the hardest part for me! So grateful for Marnie and this community โค๏ธ

I did this one for the first time today. It's a new favorite 30 minute! It worked everything I needed, and I feel so good afterwards!
