Hi fam, happy Saturday!

I’ve been missing our live lately, but today I really felt the energy coming out from my screen and enjoyed every moment of that IRL class, as if I was there✨

I’ve also taken the time to reflect on my first board: I’ve completed 14 days out of 20. I’m not totally happy but I’d work on this feeling and try to be a little bit prouder of myself for reaching the mat even in an hectic month with work trips and hard days. I’ve tried to embrace the “letting go” theme and let go expectations and hard self judgement.

And I keep on trying to remember myself of always be in the light!

Hello Fam, happy Saturday!

I’ve just finished my first class - M/<45 Low Inpact Sculpt /112 - using the M/Body Balls 🥰

I cannot express how happy I am!!! It took quite a time for them to reach Italy but finally they arrived a couple of days ago. A huge THANK YOU to Danni who took care of my packet, I really appreciated it!

Now I’m ready to take my workouts to the next level🚀

Any advice for using them is more than welcome!

Hi Fam,

today I was inspired by Marnie’s manicure in class 120 so I got a colourful manicure myself 💅🏻- not bad for a Monday evening!

This class is another super sweaty one, great to keep on sculpting legs and workout without props if you’re travelling. Does anyone know Marnie pants’ brand?

Hello Fam,

hope you all are well. The last couple of days have been tough here, after more than 2 years my family got hit and we tested positive 😔

So, apart from sleeping and watching kids’ movies, do you have any tips to share? I still have some fever, few energy and appetite. I’m keeping doing meditation, I feel my muscles need some kind stretching but I’m afraid to force my body. Has Marnie or anyone in the Fam any suggestion?

I’m less present on social media these days, but I follow your posts/stories and enjoy them always!

Can’t wait for being 100% back soon 🤍

60 M/Body classes and 40 wellness activities later I’ve just completed my fourth M/Body Challenge!

I feel so grateful to have shared this journey with many of you. The last two months were quite challenging for my personal and working life and I decides to go for a 60days challenge to keep me focused on my wellbeing. To help me daily in finding a moment of peace, a space to take care of me. I’ve discovered that’s easier to go through hard times when you’re in a strong body and thanks to Marnie I am.

I am safe, I am well and I am enough.

Thank you for bringing light in my life, thank you for another inspiring challenge!

I can’t believe we are already on day 41… sharing here my second board, I’m happy of having been more constant with the wellness activities (still tend to forget them).

Happy 2 year anniversary Fam! Today’s class was a true gift, it brought me so much joy!

In this spirit, I want letting go of worries about work, love, family when they make my soul heavy and do not let me live fully. I want to be a conscious but not scared woman.
