This class packs a punch! It can be a sort of power sculpt if you use heavier weights, my arms got a really good workout. And I did get sweaty so all in all a really complete workout in just 30 min!

Thank you to all that recommended this workout for first thing in the morning. It's just perfect for firing you up while putting you in a good mood.

Same, those are the two kind of workouts I reach for most often at the moment. Also sweat and stretch ones

This one kicked my 🍑 but feeling proud of myself as I used to avoid these workouts as they were so hard on my wrists and couldn't keep up and now they're still hard but doable. Shows that we really get stronger with Marnie💪

Today I should have been doing the 2025 new year detox workout because you know, I need to detox all last few weeks exceses, but my body felt stiff and tired so I reached for this one instead and it was just what I needed, restorative and opening. It's good to stop and listen to the body and not get so obsessed with "burning" 🙂

How come I hadn't done this one yet?? Instant favourite, it's an all standing, super sweaty barre work. I found myself wishing it was longer, which doesn't happen often 🙂

Power Sculpt 356 & 372, heavier weights Marnie style, they are fun, challenging and make me feel powerful

Kicked my ass/arms the first time and it still does now 😂 Great sweaty/fiery arms workout, as Marnie says it's a "not putting the weights down class" , even in the abs section.

I love these 20 min workouts, it's amazing all the work Marnie can pack in such short time! This one in particular done with the heavier weights feels like quite a complete upper body workout.
