Loved this! The energy and the flow and the counts (no 4 sets of 8, theyโ€™re the ones that do me in!) were all perfect. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ I found that Marnie was inaudible for the cool down though :/ which was a bummer, I look forward to the first insights and affirmations at the end of each session (even when Iโ€™m revisiting the videos ๐Ÿ˜ƒ)

omg. Death found me at close to the 50 min. mark, where I conceded and gave up ๐Ÿฅด I LOVED the flush/ leg stretching with the barre, would love a 20 min. stretch with just the barre! The rest of the flow, while fantastic, didnโ€™t speak to me :/ Thanks to Amandaโ€™s observation about the right side bend to passe, i did that on my own so Iโ€™m taking that as a win (even though I gave up at the end ๐Ÿ˜ฌ) PS. Rolling sotes is amaze! Itโ€™s my go-to instead of push-ups, which is really hard for me to do, simply cannot get back up if my legs are extended ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Came back to this one, after doing the first time weeks ago! And I felt like I got through this, my second time, so much charged than earlier. Such a good sweat sesh ๐Ÿ’ฆ
