Such an amazing session! I was meaning to write a note to your team requesting an all Dua-lipa playlist, and by a happy coincidence this one starts with one! I thoroughly enjoyed the floor sequence, and appreciated the break between the sides, was able to keep going without flagging ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Also loved the soundtrack to the affirmation in this.

Iโ€™ve come back to this nearly every other day these past couple of weeks as I make my way through the 2021 spring challenge on my own schedule, and I love this flow each time I do it. Each time Iโ€™m able to improve a movement, perfect the stance, the balance, engage my muscles more than before, making it a new challenge every time I come back to it. Thank you Marnie and team for choreographing each flow to be so whole, and so uplifting ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผโœจ๐Ÿ™

Hi Jessica, she has plenty of no-equipment videos, you can find them in search with those exact words :) You can also do any of the sessions here without equipment, Marnie offers the alternatives as she gets into the position. Hope that helps!

Ticking off the Spring challenge calendar in my own haphazard fashion, truly loving the time I spend on my mat with your flow Marnie! After a little more than a year, Iโ€™ve finally embraced the options you so patiently remind us of each time - that theyโ€™re not lesser or better, itโ€™s an option. So sticking to the low impact options when they feel right, which is most of the times, allows me to complete the session without feeling spent. So thank you for the constant reminders, sometimes it takes a while to truly sink in, so hearing it everyday makes a difference.

Really enjoyed this, love the anaerobic sessions Marnie! Low impact makes me feel stronger, and more calm, high intensity tires me out right at the start somehow, so I really need to pull myself through to complete the session. With low impact I donโ€™t struggle for endurance. Love from Bangalore, India ๐Ÿ’—
