I’m so sorry about the heaviness of your morning… it’s wonderful to hear how you respond though : working in the garden sounds really healing and grounding ! I’m happy you have that space and are able to fight back when the heaviness of life hits : proud of you! Marnie is magic : no doubt!! And the salsa class was the best!!! On the beach would be the best! I had a stress ful morning too : oddly enough 😆so i mediated I : Ito slow down my monkey mind and reatore peace : but yesterday I doubled up on Marnies class : I had so much giddiness for life : life is more fun together !!
