Hi Kerry! Katelyn here 🤍, journaling doesn’t come natural for me either and I also think something is wrong with me! 🤣 I try to not be hard on myself and let the thoughts come to me so my journaling isn’t forced. I’ve also tried small journal prompts that are super easy like “5 things you’re grateful for” and that helps me get started! Nothing is wrong with you, you’re amazing ✨
