Love this question!! My answer is - it depends! Before m/body, I loved the classes at gym but could only get there occasionally (and not at all once Covid hit). Since joining m/body in fall 2020, I loved the classes & flexibility! I typically join challenges and workout 5-7 days a week (the varying class lengths make that possible). A year ago, I also RE-joined my gym and go to a few classes a week in addition to m/body, but I love that I can still get a workout in if I canโ€™t make the scheduled classes I love! I truly love m/body the most, but I also love workout out with others, or even a change of scenery doing the workout videos at the gym! Also spend as much time outside walking/playing if I can. I love the combination and not being stuck to a strict routine. Hope this helps!
