I believe she says 8-15. I only have 8 lbs so sometimes I do those with my wrist weights too. ❤️

Sending you lots of love and strength. I have anxiety and ocd and what I have learned from therpy is to continue to lean into the uncomfortable feelings. Keep doing the workouts and tell yourself, ya maybe im going to have a panic attack after this but oh well. Tell yourself that will really suck but you can handle it.

I know it is easier said than done but u r a freakin mbody warrior! U got this!!!

Love this class! It was the perfect thing for my yucky rainy day! I feel strong, a bit sweaty and more energetic than before class.

The ending straddle modification really spoke to me as I have always felt so uncomfortable in the straddle position. I have just never been a flexible lady but that is ok!

For the ball part (at 40:00) my ball kept falling out, so I grabbed a 3lb dumbbell and squeezed it there in place of the ball. It worked really well for me- it case anyone else wants to try 😜
