I think you should always listen to your body and do some moves in front of a mirror to make sure you’re positioning yourself correctly. If it feels more painful than strengthening, then take a quick water break before moving on to the next move. Eventually the more you practice, the easier it will be to hold positions. I’ve been doing this for almost three years and I still feel it sometimes too 😅
Late to this post but I really like the knock out workouts. It helps me prepare for the rest of the day! 30/45min classes are my sweet spot before I have to go into the office
