I think you should always listen to your body and do some moves in front of a mirror to make sure youโ€™re positioning yourself correctly. If it feels more painful than strengthening, then take a quick water break before moving on to the next move. Eventually the more you practice, the easier it will be to hold positions. Iโ€™ve been doing this for almost three years and I still feel it sometimes too ๐Ÿ˜…

Late to this post but I really like the knock out workouts. It helps me prepare for the rest of the day! 30/45min classes are my sweet spot before I have to go into the office
