Oh man, my food journey has been an insane one. What's worked best for me is simplicity in food, and when my body wants sugar I switched to fruit or maple syrup and cottage cheese before cookies, although, we work hard enough for occasional cookies too 🤠 salt, maybe the body needs some protein. Sometimes I find, our cravings get mixed up with comforts lol. I had just gotten sick of influencers telling me how to eat to look good and it's been a journey, and still is, finding what makes me feel good! I was vegan and have slowly incorporated meat back into my life in small bits and that's helped a lot, especially eggs and fish protein, but all that isn't for everyone! My favorite trick right now is a boiled or two egg with my water and coffee at the top of the day! That's a huge power boost! I say experiment without rules and be easy on yourself! It's all fuel anyways 💙

Amazing flow. I missed class today and did it at a truck stop parking lot at 10pm in Florida lol. I had two big shows cancel on me and it was a bummer but this grounded me so much, especially the meditation at the end, these classes always give the most perfect reminders 💙💙💙 love you!

I love this class when you need a very quick pick me up! A solid 16 minutes of work and a cool down, a true 20 that's awesome when you're on the road!

Wow this was just what I needed 💙 missed the live because I was driving for the next gig, checked into the room after sleeping in the van and driving 10 hours last night and jumped on my mat immediately. This was amazing for my body to loosen up after traveling and also for my mind as I had been feeling belittled and discouraged from some thing that had happened leading up to this tour and performing. Grateful this is the energy to take on tour with me for the next few weeks, love you! Thank you for showing up for us! 💙

I love mine! A total game changer for abs and the mini under the back for stretches is my favorite! My cat steals the mini lol luckily they're so durable she can't pop it!
