I LOVE the powersculpt and dance classes! Love classic signatures with new combos too! Been obsessed with my new ankle weights! Maybe a combo or some knockout involved in a power sculpt? But what I'm really focusing on with myself is rest days. I know I'm not the only one who struggles with pushing themselves every day and not giving myself a day for my muscles to rebuild, especially working with heavier weights. But after being sick and a few friends having serious talks with me, I learned I need some restful stretching, which we have plenty of! But I wonder if we could have a 45 min sleepover vibes stretch? For those who have a hard time with a long of energy but need to recover physically. I just need to learn to slow down and rest but it's tough for me ๐ I just love moving so much!
Even the stretch and sculpts bring that fire! Honestly though, whatever you come up with is always awesome and theres so much to choose from! ๐๐ซ๐
