Will be working these moves a bunch. In August I worked a festival and my feet were in wet boots all day, to the point where the next day i had nerve damage and it was like walking on pins in needles. Since then, it's been hard for me to reconnect with my point and flex but it's getting better

That talk about changing our shoes often is a way of life for me now lol our feet our so important! Love you!

I needed to be reflective as at the end of the year it's always like. What's next? There's no next because it's the Holidays and a time to rest and reflect! I am LOVING every aspect of the calendar feature!! From adding my own or deciding to just click whats there for the day! Although... i had this idea that it would be cool if like.... say a fam member added some workouts to their calendar and we could see what others are doing? Sometimes I'll pop a few in and plan out my week, or just see what others are doing to get ideas or hop on? Just an idea! As of now, this calendar is everything for the busy schedule and decision fatigue 💙
