Wow coming back to this class as part of the mini Planksgiving challenge was amazing. Amazing choreography and it was so cool to look back on how far I've personally come since when this was live, it was a very turbulent time and revisiting with a fresh mindset was magic. Greatful for the peace and strength built in these few years. Love yall so much. Thank you!!!

What an amazing class. I don't own any wrist or ankle weights yet but without it was very lubricating for sore joints. Also, I was sad that I missed the live by 5 minutes due to BS post office runs and library faxing stuff... but I stayed grounded and peaceful as I got stuff done and when I got to the meditation a few hours later i was grateful for all the training that got me to the point where I didn't loose patience. So im gonna make that my holiday seasons mantra lol. And I got everything done and still finished the class before 💙 love yall so much. Grateful for this class in my daily life.

Just did this on Thanksgiving, the holidays are heavy for me but this class is exactly what I needed. I remembered that I loved the choreo and saved it all year for this day. Definitely recommend it for the season 💙💙💙 love yall!
