So fun to return back to these 2020 classes. Seeing how far we've come and reflecting in the growth but still finding A LOT of challenge in the present for new growth! Love this class, totally forgot about it ๐Ÿ’™

Such a good class. I needed some grounding today after dealing with dizzy spells from the car accident. This was perfect to get me back in balance and motivated. A perfect speed for awakening strength but also a lot of extra stretch and back release ๐Ÿ’™

30 is my go to on most days! But I love 45's and 20's.... but I love the 60s too and try to do one a week on off live days. However! I've been craving a 10 min add on class for arms, kinda like the extra stretch and ab class? There was one on the mbody IG long ago (it had a green light background lol) and sometimes I crave a lil extra arms before or after a 20 min, or even a hike, walk or jog. Honestly tho whatever class pops up is exactly what I need ๐Ÿ’™
