What a beautiful class to return to! Glad i trusted the journey 3 years ago. And wondering how three years will look from now when I return back to this class after letting adventures in 💙

Kasey had tagged me in this and it took me a little longer to dig up respond then anticipated! When I'm at home I workout in my living room, but when I'm on the road I'll pull the mat out anywhere I can find even ground! Rest stops, truck stops, campgrounds, state parks, the beach, hotels, anywhere! Some of my favorite memories are bringing Mbody on the road with me and 'getting away' with working out in weird places. When I do workouts at home I reflect on doing them on the road and I get so happy. Similarly to when I do an older workout on the road and reflect back to the covid days when traveling seemed so far away. Now I'm using the van as a barre!  Thinking about International Women's Day live in a city park in Bisbee! Or the latest sculpt n stretch on a beautiful night waching a storm roll in under a palm tree at a Loves in Florida, or knockout sweat in a national park in Wyoming. These classes have been there for me through EVERYTHING and EVERYWHERE! Love y'all!!!

What a beautiful class. So much fun, amazing playlist and the meditation at the end filled my heart with love as someone who's family is emotionally far these days. Love this fam so dang much 💙 thank you so much for every one of these classes.

Woah okay that was NOT just stretch and sculpt. I am sweating beyond belief. Amazing mind calming class with awesome mind to body connection. Challenging and focused. Thank you 💙

Wow. That was an amazing class. That side leg lift ar the end was fire and the relief afterwards was such an amazing reward. A great class to dance it off with plenty of challenge. Honestly this was more difficult then some of the full equipment classes! Loved it, thank you so much Marnie for keeping us moving in New creative ways throughout the years 💙 love yall! Such a fun class! Can't wait to do this In a parking lot somewhere 😅💙🙏
