Wow what a beautiful class! This is a new favorite! I loved that curtly combo! I felt like I was flying! Sweat and stretch is a combo to behold, and don't worry I felt some sneak sculpts in there too! I totally had this little light of mine ringing in my head during meditation 😅 such a healing class all around! Thank you SO much got honoring this request! This was so dang fun! Love yall!
