Ya know, I thought coming back to this class 2 days later would be less emotional, but definitely more fun knowing some of the moves! . But something about Preacher man into Journey straight into Enya transports me back to High school track discovering Pulp Fiction and film making along with exercise and then even earlier in my late grandma's living room playing with my favorite toys. The mat can be an actual magic carpet time machine especially when we're celebrating the life of someone 💙 just sending love again, this class is everything, insane sculpt, ultra sweat and pure joy in stretch. I did it during my morning free flow stretch with coffee before a root canal on Tuesday 😅 then I did arms + abs to feel strong about it ... I forget the number but it was an older 30 min and it was perfect to get me strong for the dentist. (Which I'm two appointments away from having the work done finally ! Wouldn't have gotten thru that without this fam💙)
