Here I'm 2024 after hearing some major dark family drama in the midst of some beautiful times beyond the sadness. I looked up punches and decided to dedicate an hour to my mind, and I'm so glad I did instead of dwell in sorrow. Doesn't matter when the classes happen they always meet me exactly where I am ๐Ÿ’™ thank you Marnie and team!

Quite a few!

Most recently. I'm trying to get myself to hop on the mbody app when I get into the scroll hole on social media. I find this conversation is much more enriching ๐Ÿ’™

I've been doing the celery water with a twist! Adding cucumber, lemon and cayenne to it! I've also realized that in the past 3 months of drinking it almost daily, my period cramps have lessonened and my skin is looking more vibrant and less breaky outy during the time of the month! I imagine it helps with the inflammation ๐Ÿ’™

Lastly, for I've been reading a book for even 5 minutes every morning before looking at my phone. It let's my brain wake up before I get task oriented and overwhelmed. It's been a fun challenge and has helped my morning crazies A LOT

Needed this today. Life has been moving fast and this is perfect to just slow down for a moment and access you feelings while delivering a wonderful booty burn ๐Ÿ’™ def a heart health class for those needing to work through pain or grief as well ๐Ÿ’™

I agree so much! For a while I avoided the 60s but now I love having that hour for my mental health when I can sneak it in! I try for at least one a week, 2 if I'm lucky and have the time!
