This is one of my favorite classes ever! I finally invested in 15lb weights and the 4th time tackling this it's so fun and I crave more! My muscles pop and my back feels so strong and my soul is empowered 💙 also love that I know yall are going to Italy today and this class is when you announced it 💙 have such a good time fam! It's finally here!

Love this! And yes! very excited. I love the challenges because I feel grounded and connected knowing a bunch of my friends are doing a similar workout and dance most days. Over the years, I'd peak at everyone's stories to see what I was in for 😅 this year of challenges has been fun because they each end right as a tour begins and it's been to treat it like training for the road. Picking up new habits! It's insane to think of my first challenges and how I felt like life was over for me but this exercise was so fun. A challenge allows me moments of reflection to think about growth between the challenges. So yes! Super excited! This one in particular I wanna have more fun as well as work on shoulder stability after my car accident. It keeps popping and the heavier weights really feel like they've been helping. Also trying to hop on here more instead of the social media doom scroll, this connection has really helped me through this week in particular.

Wow what an amazing class! Legs made a come back!!!! That made my day, I didn't make the live but this was needed after many hours in the van and returning home. The messages, the flow, the pace was just so much dang fun! Thank you for everything a day showing up for each other over all these years. Love yall!!! Let's do this challenge!! 💙

Been loving heavier weights! The power sculpt mixed with a dance or knock out has been such a jam for me lately! I still love 2 lb high reps but the strength building has been super empowering

Revisited this a week later. Caswyn asked what the theme was and I said it was a XXX class, he said, aren't they all XXX classes? 🤣 love this class! The 5lbs were awesome too and it was great to do during a crampy time of the month pace wise! Love love love xxx class!
